Copper complexes with aniline derivatives were synthesized and a comparative analysis of the anti-proliferative properties of the parent ligands and their complexes was carried out in relation to three tumor lines - MEL7, MCF-7, and PC3. A tendency towards the appearance and enhancement of the antiproliferative properties of compounds after complexation was revealed. The most active complex contained an o-F-substituted ligand, which causes activation of polyamine catabolism in a model of regenerating tissue, which shows the potential for such activation in tumor cells as well. This compound is recommended for further research.
