Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of a study of immunity to herpesviruses in children with cystic fibrosis (CF). The data obtained prove a high level of infection of children with CF with herpes simplex virus (HSV), cytomegalovirus infection (CMV) and Epstein - Barr virus (EBV), mycoplasma and chlamydial infections, their probable participation in the formation of congenital malformations according to the data of postmortem examination. The structure of congenital malformations (CM) was established on the basis of a study of autopsy protocols of 57 deceased patients with cystic fibrosis aged 1 month to 18 years, with confirmed persistent infection: herpes simplex virus, cytomegalovirus, pathogens of chlamydia and mycoplasmosis, Epstein - Barr virus. The detection of mainly pathogens of herpes viral infections (HVI) (88,3 %) in monoculture (83,9 %) with congenital malformations showed a significant role of the infectious process in the multifactorial nature of teratogenesis in cystic fibrosis. Along with the characteristic for individual pathogens of systemic CMMs of the connective tissue, a significant number of multiple unclassified complexes (MMPs) have been identified. According to the results of the work, the need to eliminate and prevent potential infectious teratogens was confirmed during the clinical observation of families with children with cystic fibrosis.
