FIRST EXPERIENCE IN TREATING A NEW CORONAVIRUS INFECTION IN PATIENTS WHO UNDERWENT KIDNEY TRANSPLANT SURGERY ON AN OUTPATIENT BASIS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Three examples of clinical treatment of patients with novel coronavirus infection after kidney transplantation on an outpatient basis are presented. The first experience of treating such patients showed that it is possible at home with strict supervision by the attending physician and nephrologist. The selected treatment principles correspond to the generally accepted principles of treatment of patients with coronavirus infection, subject to the correction of immunosuppressive therapy. An important aspect of therapy with the simultaneous use of antibacterial drugs (cefepime, levofloxacin), acetylsalicylic acid, dipyridamole and oseltamivir is the safety of use for a renal transplant.
